What file formats do you accept?+
JPG, PNG, TIFF, WEBP, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, HEIC — up to 25 MB. For very large murals we can accept files via email or Dropbox link after you place your order.
What resolution should my file be?+
For murals larger than 4′ × 4′, we recommend 150 DPI at final size. Our team will contact you if the file needs to be re-exported for print.
How is wallpaper measured and priced?+
Priced per square foot of the finished wall, plus a 15% waste allowance for trims. Multiple walls are added together.
Is your wallpaper removable?+
Peel & stick and fabric wallpapers are fully removable with no residue. Vinyl and matte papers are more permanent but come off with steam.
Can I install it myself?+
Yes — every order includes a step-by-step install guide. Peel & stick is the easiest. Professional install available in Phoenix metro.
How long does it take?+
Production is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Rush service is available.
Do you match colors?+
Yes. Our operators color-manage every file against a physical proof. Request Pantone matching in the order notes.
Is it safe for commercial spaces?+
Our commercial vinyl is Type II, Class A fire rated and suitable for offices, restaurants, hotels, and retail.
